3. Anchor Updates • NMI Submissions were due July 15th . We are currently waiting on approval of those submissions. • HHSC requested a breakout of percentages for Medicaid and Underfunded amounts for certain projects. • Due to HHSC asap • RHP Plan Section I Updates – due 8/1/14 • Updated Provider Contact Information • Category 3 Feedback was received in Region 15 on 7/29. • Responses are due back to HHSC on 8/15 • We are pending dates and times for a regional TA call with HHSC • Will keep you posted on those dates • HHSC Summit Registration has ended • Once representative from each Performing Provider was invited • September 9th and 10th

Plan Modifications • August 1 - Last Date for Questions to the HHSC Inbox • August 15 - Region 15 Plan Mods and Change Requests due • These changes apply to DY4 and DY5 • If you decrease QPI in a project, it will be flagged for valuation • Recommendation is to add a metric to the questionable QPI metrics in order to lessen the $$ risk • September 12 – HHSC: 1) provides feedback to the anchors on change requests; 2) revises the project narratives as appropriate and sends them to the anchors; and 3) updates providers’ milestone/ metric workbooks to reflect plan modification requests and posts the updated workbooks to the Transformation Waiver website. • September 26 – Anchors submit responses to HHSC feedback and revised narratives, as appropriate.  Performing providers must submit responses to HHSC feedback and revised narratives, as appropriate, to the anchor prior to September 26 (by the date specified by the anchor) to compile and send in one submission packet to HHSC by the due date.  • October 14 - HHSC: 1) provides its preliminary determinations to the anchors (change requests that are substantial reductions in project scope will require additional review by the compliance monitor and possibly CMS); 2) revises the project narratives as appropriate and sends them to the anchors; and 3) updates providers’ milestone/ metric workbooks to reflect plan modification requests and posts the updated workbooks to the Transformation Waiver website.
