Introduction • Issues with student addresses in higher education have accelerated in recent years • Move to web-based grade mailers • Move to mobile based devices • Issues with student addresses need to be examined without regard to a particular vendor Enterprise Wide Address Management at Kennesaw State University

Address Issues KSU is Experiencing Given the issues, two factors are key: • Accuracy • Are all I’s dotted and T’s are crossed? • Deliverability • Is it a valid, deliverable address? • Does the recipient still resident at that address?
