Recommendations for other Providers • Make sure allied health professionals are both treatment and employment focussed • Make sure you employ marketers capable of performing job development as well as standard marketing • Make sure you employ staff who can meet the needs of both clients and employers and develop solutions to meet both of their needs • Develop Post Placement Support services including allied health services to meet the needs of working clients and their employers including cultural, religious and language needs • Keep learning and continuous improvement on the agenda
