From Innovation to Commercialization: Gasoline Production Natural/Associated gas/Biogas Syngas • Some facts: • 100 mln.m3 of feed gas can be converted into ~50 000 ton of gasoline. • Product composition (hydrocarbon part): Gasoline = 75-80 wt.%; С1-С2 = 8-10 wt.%; С3-С4 = 10-12 wt.%. • Service cycle of catalysts before regeneration: 600-700 h. • Technology of catalyst production is verified by using industrial facility at JSC “Angarsk Plant of Catalysts and Organic Synthesis”. From Innovation to Commercialization: Gasoline Production 8th session of Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Moscow (November 8th, 2013): Signing of Letter of Intent between TNO (Arij van Berkel) and TIPS RAS (Alexey Volkov) for further development of existing cooperation towards commercialization of TIPS RAS technology of conversion of syngas into gasoline or synthetic oil in the Europe. • Achieved progress since November 2013: • Pilot unit is in operation (24/7). • Main principles of business model have been agreed between the parties. • License agreement and IP strategy have been drafted and under negotiation. • The contract on development of process design is expected to be signed with the client in June 2014. www.ips.ac.ru || www.tno.nl
