EJF/AOTS-CR • Documentation revisions – • Removed outdated documents and corrected documentation to better match the web-based application • CTI (Category, Type, Item) simplification • Currently have ~ 1,000, hoping to simplify to ~ 150 with more specific views for vendors • Application migration from web-based version – under investigation • Potential Integration Between EJF/AOTS – under investigation • Dependent on outcomes from GNFO change management initiatives
Central Office Access • New system being deployed by GNFO in the next 30-45 days will impact the process • EARS (Electronic Access Request System) • Online system for the 3081 form submissions • Roy Howser’s team will be working with GNFO to get Vendor SPOCs access to the online system • Firewalled intranet access and ATTUID/AT&T Global Logons will be required
Central Office Access • GES team is developing background process for validations of OTV personnel • Will require a SPOC for each vendor • Will require tightening up the assignment information • Will require regular validation by vendor SPOC and NP&E representative • Roy Howser’s team on point for the development of the DB that will support this validation process • Tom Weber also supporting the overall process work with GNFO and CRE • All process/system changes will need GNFO/CRE approval due to audit risks
