About Travelport • Travelport is one of the largest and most geographically diverse travel companies, dedicated to creating the exceptional travel experiences the world demands. • Travelport is organized around two principal businesses • GTA; a wholesaler of ground content • GDS; Galileo, Worldspan, Shepherd Systems, aiRes & Thor • We also own a majority shareholding in Orbitz Worldwide, which includes a number of leading on-line travel agency brands.

About Travelport • Travelport is owned by the Blackstone Group of New York, Technology Crossover Ventures of Palo Alto, California and One Equity Partners of New York • A global investment and advisory firm founded in 1985. • Purchased Travelport because it is a strong company with a leadership position in a growing and dynamic industry. • Blackstone doesn’t run the companies it owns – it lets the management of those companies do it. • Travelport operates a devolved business model • each of the three key businesses has its own CEO and management team, and is responsible to deliver products, services and value to their customers • Each business is accountable for their EBITDA performance. • Travelport retains a number of corporate functions in support of the business units.

Galileo and Worldspan Integration update • For Galileo and Worldspan agency customers it is business as usual, they will continue to use the products they use today. • We will continue to operate the 3 GDS cores of Galileo, Apollo and Worldspan; there will be no forced migration between systems. • Worldspan and Galileo customers should continue to deal with their current contacts and service channels (sales, help desk, accounts etc.). • The Worldspan GDS product will maintain its brand name; its brand identity will be changed to reflect it’s ownership by Travelport with the Travelport style logo.

Galileo and Worldspan Integration – What to expect • The acquisition will allow us to move forward more quickly to realize our vision to be the world's leading supplier of informed travel choice • Travelport GDS will work towards increasing customer opportunity to access broader content and innovative products, with the accuracy and security in transactions that we have always had. • We are currently assessing the opportunities that would most benefit our suppliers, subscribers and partners; more information will be shared over the next few months

Galileo and Worldspan Integration – What to expect • Examples of what you can expect are: • Enhanced Air Shopping - to provide traditional and online travel agents with the richest response of informed travel choice. • Common Availability Cache - to provide competitive shopping results while reducing volume of search transactions • Rapid Reprice – to further expand Worldspan’s industry-leading exchange and refund automation to manage the complex and time-consuming process of airline refunds and exchanges, increasing efficiency for the airline and agency. • Local content – to expand availability of Galileo's local content (non-GDS) and associated technologies (such as Galileo Leisure, Galileo Rail and other locally developed products), enhancing content for all our customers. • Car and Hotel - combining existing technologies of both GDS's will improve functionality and provide richer content and greater choice for customers.
