  4. 2013 Fall Conference & Market Place • August 7, 2013 • Doubletree by Hilton Hotels, Independence • Goal is 150 – looking for 100 healthcare attendees • Exhibit Space for 40 exhibitors • Booth Fee: $300 (includes 2 attendees) • Partner Members booth is included in your annual fees. • IF you intend to attend/exhibit, please make sure you fill out the exhibitor information and forward to Daniela ASAP. Spaces are filling up quickly!

Website Update • www.ohioahe.org • Members Only Now Available • Phase 4 is almost complete! • “Payment feature” will be the most important add-on during Phase 4 • Our On-line store will be added • Linkedin and Facebook ‘links’ will also be available. • Jobs Page has been added • OAHE will have our own BLOG – coming in August 2013 • PayPal account is now available.

AHE Updates • AHE National Conference is in Indianapolis this year – September 15-18. www.ahe.org • Consider joining National AHE and receive a 50% discount on your next OAHE renewal. • OAHE is being utilized as a “resource chapter” by the national office. • Rod Pollard & Pam Marshall, OAHE officers, were chosen to serve on the 2013 AHE Membership Committee and/or AHE Advisory Council.

Coming in 2013 • Updated website features • Closer collaboration with AHE for Ohio members. • Expanded educational offerings for Ohio AHE members. • Discounted membership rate for OAHE members who join national AHE. • “After Hours ConneXt” – • Professional Leadership Development Series will be introduced at the state conference in August.

  8. Opportunities For Service • Several openings on the Ohio AHE Board of Directors. • Vice President position is open. • Need help in preparing for the state conference. • Bag stuffers • Set-up/tear down

  9. We Need Your Help! • Plan on attending the State Conference on August 7. Invite someone to attend with you! • Word-of-mouth advertising about Ohio AHE is the BEST kind of advertising that requires only one thing – YOUR TIME. • If you are not a member, WE NEED YOU! Pick up a membership form today. • Let others know about OAHE and our monthly meetings.
