  3. 2012 Fall Conference & Market Place • August 8, 2012, Cleveland • Doubletree – Independence, OH • Partner-Sponsor – You have an automatic booth reservation. • Exhibitors - $300 per booth • Attendees - $50 per person ($30 early bird) • For 2012, current members may attend free

We Need Your Help! • Word-of-mouth advertising about Ohio AHE is the BEST kind of advertising that requires only one thing – YOUR TIME. • If you have contacts or a branch in Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton or Toledo, we need you to promote OAHE to your customers or peers. • If you need my assistance of one of the Board Members to visit your location or visit with a customer, please let me know by emailing me at rodpollard@ohioahe.org. • Direct them to http://www.ohioahe.org/annual-conference/

What We Are Doing…. • This week, we mailed 350 packets to ES Directors/Managers and Facility Managers across the state. • This will be to introduce them to Ohio AHE and provide them information on our 2012 Fall Conference. • AHE will be sending out an ‘email blast’ to their mailing list in Ohio over the next few weeks. • In addition, our conference will be featured in AHE’s June & July national email blast. • If you have someone you would like us directly contact via phone or email, please let me know as soon as possible. • Our goal for the conference is to have 100+ attendees this year and with YOUR help, we can do this!!!
