Notification 31/05/06 • September 2006 - PPC Re-designation. Notification 07/06/06 • PPC Enhanced Phase 1 Indicative Pricing Available; Phase 2 continuing to schedule. • 31/05/06 – PPC A End Shifts Launched. • NB Formal announcements will be made via the normal channels, with full briefings as appropriate.
Partial Private Circuits • QoS Performance - Reporting Update • Q4 Aggregated Report published on website. • Q4 CP reports distributed. • Retail Comparison available on CDD, CRD and Repair. • PPC/Retail Comparison Q4 • CDD Retail 97.01% PPC 95.72% (91.69%) • Repair Retail 82.10% PPC 86.92% (85.71%) • Circuit level retail comparison is pending development. • CP individual reports will be sent out for week ending 16/06/06.
Partial Private Circuits • QoS Performance – Q4 • Highlights • Circuit CDD performance improved to 95.72% from 91.69% • The number of orders exceeding FOCR targets decreased significantly this quarter. The performance is 28.77% against 36.75% last quarter. • The average out of hours outage is under 4 hours • Lowlights • The Highband FOCR exceeded performance has not improved.
