  4. Plants • Mostly conifers • Pine • Spruce • Fir • Don’t fall off • Survives in snow and cold • Deciduous Trees • Falls off • Changes color • Conifers needle life with pines the ground is shaded due to trees • Limited sunlight

  5. Plant adaptations • Conifers= summer • Mostly lives in winter • Deciduous=summer+warm areas • Dies in the cold • Conifers mostly forests • Small plants and grasses in meadows and clearings
