Guidance for Airports Airport Sustainability Institute • Objectives: • Create awareness • Educate airport and industry personnel • Establish and maintain airport sustainability guidelines and rating systems • Assess airport environmental achievements and rate projects based on guidelines and rating system • Provide recommendations to achieve sustainability rating targets • Recognize and award airports who have achieved sustainability targets based on the rating system • Promote achievements of sustainable airports through communications and public relations campaigns
