Polivka International is significantly below the national average with a rating of 0.85 PIC formally reviews all subcontractor safety ratings and procedures prior to awarding them business PIC received highest safety award from Mahoning Valley Safety Council for 100% no lost-time injury and lowest incident rate for 2007.
