The FA Future Game - Grassroots In 2010 The FA launched its technical guide for player development Outlines a playing and coaching philosophy for both grassroots and elite players; To produce technically excellent and innovative players with exceptional decision making skills To train, develop, qualify and support more innovative coaches who are excellent teachers of the game. Club have agreed to buy one book per age group
