This project aims to bring together municipalities, universities, and a company to explore the potential of open data and social media. Work packages include project management, communication, open data, government-citizen interaction, business, and research. The project also includes a master-level train-the-trainer program on social media. The goal is to maximize information sharing, find the right people, and respond to the changing world.
