CRHS-North AFG Survey Methods: Staff Survey – A 111-question survey taken from MSA’s AFG School Guide was distributed to all staff members in June of 2003. Average responses were calculated for each question, as well as a summary for each standard. Student Survey – Using the original Staff survey, modifications were made to the number of questions as well as the wording of these questions. All standards were addressed through the revisions, which resulted in a 27 item survey. This survey was distributed to the entire student body in January of 2004. Average responses were calculated for each question, as well as a summary for each standard. Parent/Community Survey – Similar modifications were made to prepare the parent/community survey, resulting in a 25 item survey. This was distributed to a randomly selected group of parents via mail (20% of the population). In addition, access to the survey was made available on the Council Rock High School North website. In total, 620 parent responses were received. Average responses were calculated for each question, as well as a summary for each standard. (AFG) 08.06.hpg.doc.
