Forecast • NP 15 prices average around $100/MWh in this fall and early winter • Late winter prices around $80/MWh • Spring prices depend on hydro • Summer 2001 prices lower than summer 2000 • Prices equal revenue requirements by middle of 2003 • Prices too low for revenue requirements by 2005 Forecast only represents the author’s guesses, and not any findings by CEC.
