  1. The following shows how the Reviewer can Access 5 tier performance plans to conduct Reviews in the event the action DOES NOT flow to the worklist. ALWAYS CHECK THE WORKLIST FIRST BEFORE USING THE MENU OPTION

  2. Select “internet explorer”

  3. Enter the URL: https://icams.usda.gov/

  4. Read the warning and select “I agree to the above”.

  5. Enter your EmpowHR user ID and password And click on “HRIS Sign In”

  6. Select “manager self-service”

  7. Select “Tasks”

  8. Select “Performance Reviewer”

  9. Reviewer clicks in the box next to the Supervisor name who created the plan.

  10. Click on the search icon to select the correct Performance plan for review.

  11. Click on the applicable “review period from” date.

  12. Click in the “select to edit” box next to the Applicable employee whose plan is to be Reviewed.

  13. Click on the “element and standards” tab to review the Elements and measures.

  14. Click on “view all” to see all The elements and measures In the plan.

  15. Reviewers are responsible to ensure that all elements and measures are Entered and accurate.

  16. After completing review of plan, supervisor clicks on “performance plan”.

  17. Reviewer clicks in the box located Next to “concurred” after completing the review.

  18. 1. Don’t forget to click on “SAVE”! NOTE: After selecting “save” the plan will flow back to the supervisor for review so that he/she will be aware of any changes/corrections made by the reviewer. 2. Click on “return to employee List” to select another employee’s Plan for review when the action does not appear on the worklist.
