V.PTSA BUSINESS Information TechnologyReggie Carey Met with Mr. Saunders on August 20, 2009 Robotics Program • After School Robotics Program • 3 Sessions, 8 weeks, 1.5 hours, busing • Offered by 7th Grade Science Teacher Information Technology At WLMS • Mac laptops for all teachers • Wired, but not wireless, internet connectivity • Document projectors

V.PTSA BUSINESS Information TechnologyReggie Carey Continued Next Steps • Meet with the science teacher and after school coordinator. • Determine level of student service to be delivered. • Go competitive? Would need to form a Tech Boosters program. • Can PTSA advocate to help foster technology education in an afterschool program. Desire to pursue?
