Learning Platforms and Engagement • How Can Your Learning Platform Help? • Utilize usage reports • Promote new/popular courses on “front” page and via regular e-mails, tweets, blogs, etc. • Pre-load new users into core courses • Map courses to career paths instead of offering content for content’s sake • Make it easy for your learners to find learning • Single sign-on • Reward the user (certificates)
