  1. Phase Key Process Booking & Benq nominated broker makes booking to APLL( by fixed S/O #) on weekly basis Vessel cut off APLL Twn assign S/O # base on APL vessel and release to broker for pick up the equipment and arrange customs clearance. Vessel sails APLL Twn send out SA ( Shipping Advice) to APLL Rdm and all concerned parties after vessel sails. APLL Twn pass B/Lading preparation to APL doc. dept. for prepare the B/L. APLL Twn release B/L copy/local invoice to Benq’s broker after vessel sails, also collect commercial invoice from brokers. APLL Twn send scan file of commercial documents to APLL Rdm to arrange T1 Arrange pre-clearance APLL Rdm arrange T1 clearance 2 days before vessel arrives. Vessel arrives APLL Rdm arrange inland delivery to IEC warehouse, 48-72 hours after cargo discharge fm Inland arrangement APL vessel. APLL Rdm confirm back the actual vessel arrives time for cargo been receives by IEC to Benq and APLL Twn APLL Rdm notify any exception. (ex. IEC could not accept cargo timely as warehouse too full etc.) to Benq and APLL Twn .

  2. Phase Key Process Payment arrangement APLL prepare the ocean freight and local charge invoice summary to Benq on 10th of every month. Benq arrange the payment base on APLL invoice by bank transfer at 30th of every month. APLL transfer the payment to APL after receives the payment fm Benq. Remarks Benq will notify APLL Rdm, APLL Twn for any special /urgent operation arrangement.
