  3. Call to order • David Wilson, current BMBA President

  4. Roll call • Each participant introduce themselves and current role with the club

  5. Membership program • Offer by Steve Ainsa to take over membership management • Suggestion to set fiscal year (fees due by May 31) • Fees at $20 per year….no merchandise included (shirts, socks, etc for sale at social meetings) • Membership provides certain discounts?? • Election ballot

  6. Elections • Members must announce intent so ballots can be made by June meeting • Ballots distributed at June meeting or email?? • Must be returned by??? • Counted by??? • Winners announced by???

  7. 501c3 status • Lots of paperwork • Apply as a Social Club • Fees • Hire a Lawyer????

  8. Parking Lot Info • No bids returned in timely manner • Suggest to table until after 501c3 status is achieved/elections of new officers/board members

  9. Social Meetings/Club activities • Hold social meetings at restaurant with multi-media capabilities…. • Host speakers for presentations (free to members….non-members pay a fee) • Club activites • Trail building • Group Rides • Suggest first club activity as Silver City trip on Memorial Day weekend • Write up specific agendas/leaders so noobs don’t feel left out.
