  4. Priorities for improvement • Improve quality of certifications done in FSC’s name. • Phase out certifiers standards - motion, guidance to certifiers • Incentives and penalties - enforcing CARs, skills of auditors • Effective complaints procedures

  5. Priorities for Improvement 2 • Improve consultation procedures - for FSC and for certifiers • Keep pushing SLIMF work • Improve performance of Board • Influence guidance to certifiers • Focus public criticisms on certifiers not certificate holders / applicants
