  2. Activity/Action List • “Archiving the archives” • Get missing conferences on line • 25th anniversary

Archiving the Archives • Quote from University of Illinois Grainger Engineering Library Information Center. • Digitization, mark up, data transfer, and archiving. • About 65 linear feet of “stuff.” • Photos, notes, conference programs, old minutes. • Digitize for web access of Society, provide to IEEE HQ and IEEExplore as appropriate. • Total cost: $15,000.

  4. Missing Conferences -- IEEExplore • PESC 1970-1988. • APEC 1986, 1987. • One missing from INTELEC (1980). • Anyone willing to part with them for a destructive digitizing process? • Or do we sacrifice from archives? • Archive does not have 1970, 1981, 1984.

  5. 25th Anniversary • IEEE TV interview proposed with Tom Wilson, Sr.; Trey Burns; John Kassakian; moderated by Krein. • Reception for all past and present AdCom members at ECCE 2013, plus some extra invitees. Mementoes for all, and extra for past officers and at-large elected members. • Shorter event and toast during banquet. • Lapel pins for everyone at ECCE.
