  7. CMS Login Click on “Login” Enter Username and password

  8. Site Structure Click on “Pages” to access the Site Structure Navigation Structure. Click on the Blue arrow to expand and collapse the Category. Click on Label to Edit the Page Action Button. (eg. Create new page, Page property, Set online or offline, Copy and move page, etc Web page Status. Green for Online. Yellow for Offline

Homepage (Edit) Action Bar: “Edit”  edit page. “Inform about Changes”  Send email to selected person to inform about changes. “Set Offline/Online”  set the page offline or online. “Page Property”  Access to the page property Click “Back” to go back to the Site Structure and to unlock the page after editing Preview area

  10. Homepage (Preview Page) Click “Cancel” to cancel changes. A message will be prompt to confirm leaving without saving Action Bar: “Save”  Save the page. “Save as New Version”  Create a new draft version “Hide/Show Inactive Paragraphs”  Hide or show inactive paragraphs Action Button. Click to edit the area

  11. Content page (Preview Page) Action Button. Click to insert or append new paragraph, edit paragraph, delete paragraph, move or copy the paragraph, set active and inactive, etc.

  18. Resources Database Action Bar: “New Resource”  Create a new image or download resource “Multiple new Resources”  Create multiple images or download resources in the same category Resources  Access to the resource database

  19. Create New Resource New Resource: Class  Select “Image” or “Download” Label  Automatic inherit name from the file Category  Select a category or insert a new category (use “\” as the seperator for a sub category) Action Button: Save  Save the resource Cancel  Cancel the changes
