Tanggungjawab Pengguna : (1) Menghadapi masalah atau peluang; (2) Mengambil tindakan dan menerima konsekuensi; Kebutuhan Untuk Spesifik Pengguna Tidak Berinteraksi Langsusng  Sistem Teknis : (1) Perantara—intermediary/clerk—sebagai interface antara pengguna dengan sistem; (2) Staf asisten—berinteraksi dengan pengguna  memberikan usulan. DSS-M3 : MENGEMBANGKAN DSS

  4. Pembangun DSS : (1) Mengembangkan SPK spesifik; (2) Memiliki pengetahuan teknologi dan kemampuan sistem informasi; (3) Mengenal tugas yang akan dirancang; (4) Sebagai perantara pengguna. Sistem Teknis DSS : Hardware dan software  alat DSS Misal : Fasilitas Sistem Informasi Eksekutif (Boeing Computer Service ) : Membuat laporan, grafik, inquiry, dan bahasa modeling  dengan bahasa umum. DSS Sistem Cashflow Korporasi terdiri dari 7 model antara-lain : (1) Model PPBS—Project Planning and Budgeting System : Untuk memproyeksikan operasi cashflow setiap proyek real state; (2) Model Partner : Untuk pengontrol memperoleh informasi dari berbagai personel operasi; (3) Model MDR—Model for Detailed Report : Untuk membuat laporan manajemen yang rinci dan menjadwal sumber daya dan penggunaan dana cash. Data untuk model MDR ini digenerasi secara otomatis oleh model Partner. Keterangan : Generator DSS : InterActive Financial Planning System(IFPS) produk dari Execocom System Corporation. DSS Sistem Cashflow Korporasi terdiri dari 7 model …………… (4) Model MNOTREC—Notes Receivable : menggenerasi laporan notes receivable dan file data CENTREC; (5) Model MNOTPAY—Notes Payable : menggenerasi laporan nota pembayaran; (6) Model CASHFLO--Corporate Cashflow : membuat laporan analisis cashflow dan proyek; (7) Model MINV—invetment : membuat laporan aktivitas bisnis lain.
