NPRR711 Update: • Increase the IDR Meter Required Threshold • Due to new RMS membership NPRR711 history was provided to RMS of why the IDR Required Workshops were initiated in August 2014 and where we ended with Workshop VI on October 2015. • Today, RMS isn’t any closer to a market solution that addresses all of the market’s concerns. Some concerns appear to be outside of the market’s ability to resolve. • As of 2/2/16, RMS will request that NPRR711 continue to be Tabled at PRS. This delay will give new RMS members the additional time to review NPRR comments, hopefully members will understand the concerns discussed at the Feb. 2nd RMS meeting and to be prepared for a possible vote on NPRR711 during the March 1st RMS meeting.
