  3. The 2008 Great Sichuan earthquake, took place at 14:28 on 12 May,2008 in Sichuan province of China. The earthquake killed at least 68,977  people and left about 4.8 million people homeless .Thousands of buildings and schools collapsed(倒塌) and many children were buried and many of them died. Rescue people(救援人员) worked hard days and nights to help them.
