Can anyone do it? • Why are there so many Johnsons in the phone book? • Mysophobia – fear of dirt. • Goals – Work on transition and Hook for your “Absolutely True” essay. • Homework – Make sure to get caught up with your body paragraphs and intro tonight. Don’t forget to study for Vocabulary Quiz #21 this week.

English 10 - 2/14/12 • Tell me the story of the picture I will show you. • How many doctors does it take to screw in a light bulb? • Homilophobia – fear of sermons. • Goals – Focus on closing paragraph of big idea essay. • Homework – Complete your first draft of your big idea essay for peer review tomorrow.

Did your big idea project affect you in any way? • How many Amish does it take to screw in a light bulb? • Aboulia – loss of willpower. • Goals – Do peer reviews; check to see if all the structural elements are in the right places. Transitions between paragraphs? • Homework – None.

What could be improved? • A clear conscience is a sign of a bad memory. • Laclabphily – cheese label collecting. • Goals – Finish final revisions on the “Absolutely True” paper.
