Menu-based Reporting • The reporting feature in MyTOMS is significantly different from the reporting in the previous version of TOMS. • Note that reports are distributed amongst several menu items, such as LEA Reports, Site Reports, and LST Reports. • After selecting a report, the user will be presented with fields that request additional information and/or provide the opportunity to customize the report.

Single Sign-on, Multiple Systems The End User logs into the system using the Single Sign-on. Then the System Confirms user and allows access to online systems. The 10 Online Systems are: • Test Operations Management Systems (TOMS) • Test Administrator (TA) Interface • Completion Status and Roster Management • Online Reporting Systems (ORS) • Data Entry Interface (DEI) • Interim Assessment Viewing System • Interim Assessment Hand Scoring System • California Educator Reporting System (CERS) • Digital Library • Practice Training Tests
User Access for CERS • The Administration and Registration Tool (ART) will be retired. • Most TOMS roles include provisioning for CERS. For example: • LEA CAASPP Coordinator has access to CERS with PII, PII_Group, Group Administrator, Custom Aggregate Reporter, and Instructional Resource Admin.
Digital Library Roles in TOMS • Every TOMS user role will include access to the Digital Library • The “Digital Library Only” is a user role in TOMS • Self registration is still available for LEA staff

Alternate English Language Arts/Literacy and Mathematics • California Alternate Assessments (CAAs) for ELA and Mathematics • For students whose individualized education programs indicate they should take an alternate assessment for science.
