Posture The monitor should be set at a height so that your neck will be straight Your elbow joints should be at about 90 degrees, with the arms hanging naturally at the sides Keep your hands in line with the forearms, so the wrists are straight Thighs should be parallel to the floor, with your feet flat on the floor If necessary use a foot rest Your chair should adjust for height, tilt, lumbar and arms Your should have enough space to move your mouse, you may wish to use a wrist rest Use adjustable document holders to place source documents at the same height and angle as your monitor
