  4. QuickBooks Pros • Forms are clear-cut, easy to follow, and almost always customizable to some extent. • Installing QuickBooks takes less than 10 minutes. • Accounting departments will find everything they need to track their companies’ finances.

  5. Peachtree Pros • Peachtree doesn’t hit you with splashy interface tricks. • Easy to navigate. • Peachtree has plenty of Web sizzle, but it hasn’t neglected small-business accounting.
