  2. Costumes • Melanie Witek • Committee Head - LAURA ESTRADA • Volunteers Needed • Responsibilities include - Preparing costumes for cast - Help with sewing, assembling, repairing and organizing costumes before during and after shows.

  3. Set Construction/Painting • Committee Head: DAVE PFLEDERER and MIKE WINCHELL • Lots of Volunteers needed • Previous experience not required • Responsibilities include: -Help prepare the construction of the set. Help move it in and out of venue. Strike after show. -Help paint set pieces.

  4. Job Description: • Stage Crew • Committee Head- SCOTT HARDER • Volunteers needed • Responsibilities include: • - Running of the show, backstage • - Attend rehearsals and become familiar with the production • - Schedule volunteers to work backstage • - Attend production week rehearsals • - Assign volunteers to move specific pieces • - Set the stage before, during, and after the show

Props • Committee Head- SHEILA KNAPP • Coordinate all props for show • Volunteers needed • Responsibilities include: - Help gather, create, organize and repair props needed for the play, and assist with them during the shows. - Pack up and return props to their appropriate owner after the show.

  6. CAST MANAGEMENTRehearsal/Backstage Management • Committee Heads – MARY JANE PFLEDERER & JANICE WODKA • Volunteers needed • Responsibilities include: - Attendance with help of student directors - Supervision of all cast members during practice, tech week, and performances - Behavioral standards will be that of a normal school day.

  7. Souvenirs • Committee Head – AIMEE HARDER • Volunteers Needed • Responsibilities include: - Take pictures during rehearsals & production week - Prepare/create support notes & items for sale -Transport items/balloons to ECC -Pre-sell support notes during lunch hours - Sell items night of shows

  8. Concessions • Committee Head- CINDY WALLACE • Volunteers Needed • Responsibilities include: - Coordinate the concession area; including the items to be sold, pricesand signs. - Set up and sell candy, beverages, treats during show nights in lobby - Coordinate donations of baked treats from each family - Clean-up

  9. Program & Advertising • Committee Head- ANN SULLIVAN • Volunteers Needed • Responsibilities include: - Create/Format/Enter text and ads into program( TBD) - Distribute and hang posters around schools and community - Work with committee head on press releases and electronic postings

  10. Make-Up & Hair • Committee Head: DEREK CURTIS , SHARON SOBOTA (Make-up) LISA DELIHANT ( Hair) • Volunteers needed • Responsibilities include: - Organizing proper supplies for shows - Provide hair/make-up workshop for and volunteers as needed - Schedule hair/make-up volunteers for dress rehearsals and performances - Insist that cast members store their hair and make up supplies separately and never share with others

  11. Cast Party Committee Head – CRIS NILSON • Only Few Volunteers possibly needed • Responsibilities include: - Plan and carry out the cast party after the final production and Saturday run through performance - Prepare party by gathering supplies -Schedule volunteers -Help serve food/ Clean up -Prepare donation lists -Consult with concessions on left-overs
