COACHING • Apoyaa la persona para que identifique su objetivo • Aporta claridad sobre lo que quiere conseguir y sobre qué camino tomar • Apoya a la persona para que genere opciones , las evalúe y las ordene • Apoya a la persona a generar un plan de acción innovador, que sea específico, mediable y realizable • Apoya a la persona para que consiga sus resultados
