AJUSTE FACTOR REGIONAL Con base en el Decreto 2667 de 2012 y teniendo en cuenta la información existente, el ajuste al FACTOR REGIONAL fue evaluado por tramos en los cuerpos de agua del Departamento, de acuerdo a la meta de reducción de carga contaminante establecida mediante Acuerdo No. 06 de 26 de febrero de 2009.

  44. RESULTADOS Luego de realizar el análisis de acuerdo a la meta establecida para la vigencia 2013, se tienen las siguientes observaciones: Para los siguientes tramos el factor regional a incluir para el cálculo de la tarifa de cobro es el aplicado a su liquidación en el año 2013.
