    4. sparqs Student Participation Quality Scotland (www.sparqs.ac.uk) Recognition of need for greater student engagement in quality enhancement Funded by the Scottish Funding Council since 2003 Strategic plan for 2008 – 2013 launched earlier this year Mission is to facilitate and support universities and colleges to define, share, improve and create practices and cultures that successfully embed partnerships between students and their institutions that will enhance the learning experience
