  1. SHOP HEYDAY TEAS NOW Jade has long used herbal teas as a gentle yet effective way to treat herself, her family and her patients. But she struggled to find commercially available teas which used quality therapeutic ingredients, yet tasted great. So she created her own.

  2. Bang Bang Green A classic Gunpowder Green made of leaves hand-rolled into tiny balls. A slightly smoky aroma and a higher caffeine content to keep you on your toes all day. 40 serves. Ingredients (all organic): organic rolled green tea.  Contains caffeine. Sip me for: general wellbeing, healthy ageing, as part of a weight loss program. Therapeutics: antioxidant, astringent, antibacterial. How to: ½ tsp per 250ml cup (either use an infuser, or just add the balls directly to your cup), steep 3 mins.

  3. Cool It A crisp, refreshing blend of herbs traditionally used to curb hot flushes and other common menopausal discomforts. 40 serves. Ingredients: organic sage leaves, organic passionflower.  Caffeine free. Sip me for: hot flushes, night sweats & insomnia associated with menopause. Therapeutics: astringent, spasmolytic, antioxidant, anxiolytic, sedative (mild). How to: 1 tsp per cup, steep 5 mins.  Consume up to 3 cups per day.  Avoid in pregnancy & breastfeeding.

  4. Earl of Chocolate A classic & elegant Earl Grey with a surprise hit of dark chocolate.  40 serves. Ingredients (all organic): orange pekoe black tea, cacao nibs, bergamot essential oil. Sip me for: mental clarity, general wellbeing, pure enjoyment How to: 1 tsp per 250ml cup, steep 3 mins.  Contains caffeine.

  5. Happy Little Tums A calming blend to assist with children’s gastrointestinal complaints. Pleasant taste for fussy little tastebuds. 40 serves. Ingredients (all organic): lemon balm, chamomile, peppermint.  Caffeine free. Sip me for: stomach pain, wind, other gastrointestinal complaints Therapeutics: carminative, spasmolytic, anti-inflammatory, cholagogue. How to: 1 tsp per cup, steep 5 mins then top up with cold water.  Drink lukewarm or add to drink bottle & sip throughout day.  Children 1-3: max ½ cup daily / Children 3-6: max 1 cup daily / Children 6-10: max 2 cups daily. Not advised for infants under 12 months.

  6. Healthy Little Possums A gentle blend, perfect to support immunity and for little ones starting daycare. Pleasant taste for fussy little tastebuds. 40 serves. Ingredients: organic echinacea purpurea, organic elderflower.Caffeine free. Sip me for: lowered immunity, chronic or constant colds & infections. Therapeutics: immunostimulant, immunomodulating, antimicrobial, diaphoretic. How to: 1 tsp per 250ml cup, steep 5 mins.  Drink lukewarm or add to drink bottle & sip throughout day.  Not advised when taking immunosuppressive or antiretroviral medications.
