  1. The Winter Olympics The Winter Olympics is held in Sochi, in Russia.

  2. Sochi is a beach resort.

  3. The Olympic organisers stored some snow in tin foil to insulate for next year Last year, the people who run the winter Olympics were really worried that there wouldn’t be any snow this year, because it’s really warm. So they hid some snow in tinfoil for this year and only 20% melted!

  4. SNOW CANONS Snow Cannon’s blast fake snow into the air to make it look like real snow as shown.
