  4. ACCIDENTE DE TRABAJO “Todo acontecimiento súbito y violento ocurrido por el hecho o en ocasión del trabajo, o en el trayecto entre el domicilio del trabajador y el lugar de trabajo” COBERTURA ACCIDENTES DE TRABAJO

CONOCIDAS Y TARIFABLES DESCONOCIDAS Y NO TARIFABLES Integran el Listado de Enfermedades Profesionales, se financian con la prima que cobran las ART Reconocidas como tales por las Comisiones Médicas, se financian con el Fondo Fiduciario de Enfermedades Profesionales Dictado del Fallo Castillo habilita la competencia de juzgados laborales COBERTURA ENFERMEDADES PROFESIONALES

  6. PRESTACIONES INSTRUMENTOS PRESTACIONES DINERARIAS • INCAPACIDAD LABORAL TEMPORARIA (ILT). Promedio del salario declarado sobre el cual se aportó a la Seguridad Social • INCAPACIDAD LABORAL PERMANENTE(ILP). PROVISORIA Casos superiores al 50%. Renta mensual. Hasta tanto se declare la incapacidad definitiva DEFINITIVA • Hasta el 50%. Suma única • Entre el 50 y el 66%. Suma única y renta mensual de por vida • Desde el 66% y más. Suma única y renta mensual que se suma a la prestación previsional • Muerte. Idem

PRESTACIONES INSTRUMENTOS PRESTACIONES EN ESPECIE • ATENCION INMEDIATA DEL TRABAJADOR ACCIDENTADO • DERIVACIÓN A CENTROS ESPECIALIZADOS, SEGÚN COMPLEJIDAD • COBERTURA TOTAL EN MEDICAMENTOS, PRÓTESIS Y TRASLADOS (terrestres y aéreos) • REHABILITACION • RECALIFICACION PARA LA REINSERCION LABORAL • RAPIDEZ Y PUNTUALIDAD EN EL PAGO DE LAS INDEMNIZACIONES

  14. REDUCCION DEL ÍNDICE DE FALLECIDOS DESDE EL COMIENZO DEL SISTEMA 38,1% (con “in itinere”) y 44,2% (sin “in itinere”) !
