THE CITY IS SO BIG The city is so big Kota itu sangat besar Its bridges quake with fear Jembatan-jembatannya retak dengan sangat mengerikan I know, i have seen at night Saya tahu, saya sudah melihatnya pada malam hari By : Richard Garcia The lights sliding from house to house Lampu-lampu itu tersusun dari rumah ke rumah And trains pass with windows shining Dan kereta-kereta lewat dengan jendela-jendela yang berkilau Like a smile full of teeth Seperti senyum yang lebar I have seen machines eating houses Saya melihat mesin-mesin menelan rumah-rumah And stairways walk all by themselves Dan melihat tangga-tangga berjalan sendiri And elevator doors opening and closing Dan elevator terbuka dan tertutup And people disappear Dan orang-orang menghilang
