The Burst Stopper feature, with 144 trigger sectors, works individually in each sector. Firmware was developed and tested using pulse pattern generators at CERN in Dec 2013. Noise Burst (~micro sec) caused 6 L1A's in 700 ns, triggered by TGC's. L1ID numbers 425-430. A "Complex veto" in CTP vetoes the 7th trigger. Number of hits in C07 SSW0 boards ~700ns.
