Burst Stopper Functionality in Trigger Sectors: Firmware Testing at CERN

The Burst Stopper feature, with 144 trigger sectors, works individually in each sector. Firmware was developed and tested using pulse pattern generators at CERN in Dec 2013. Noise Burst (~micro sec) caused 6 L1A's in 700 ns, triggered by TGC's. L1ID numbers 425-430. A "Complex veto" in CTP vetoes the 7th trigger. Number of hits in C07 SSW0 boards ~700ns. RunNumber 215414, EventNumber 164475462. TGC, RPC, MDT technologies.
