  2. Supplementary Figure 3: Membrane array analysis for apoptosis related proteins regulated by APOSECH in human primaray cardiac myocytes. As shown, mainly Bcl-2 and Heat shock proteins were up-regulated after exposure to APOSECH. Supplementary Figure 3 Methods Membrane arrays for the detection of factors that regulate apoptosis in human primary cardiac myocytes that were exposed to APOSECH (Human Apoptosis Antibody Array Ary009, R&D Systems, USA) were utilized. Experiments were performed according to the manufacturer’s protocol.
