MDE Program Evaluation Tool (PET) 2016 Requirements Dr. Michael Radke, Director MDE Office of Field Services speaks… • “Yes, schools can use the PET on the same strategy/initiative/program for the second year (and possibly beyond). This is based on the belief that it may take 2-3 years to fully implement a major S/I/P, see data showing impact on achievement/gaps, and learning how to use the PET process with fidelity.” • “Yes, we only require use of the PET on ONE S/I/P just like last year.” • Timeline: Program Evaluation Tool Due Date: June 30, 2016
