Light Meal after the AM Yoga Class ( Sample Menu) • Fresh Fruit Smoothie with Flax Seeds • Hot Steel cut Oats or Amaranth with Brown Sugar, Honey, Rice Milk, almond milk or 2% milk • Bananas and exotic Fruits • Daily entrée such as an omelets with choice of toppings, Crepes, cooked to order • Menu items change daily
Heavy Meal after the PM Yoga Class ( 7-9pm) • Salad bar with a variety of organic Greens, fresh beets, tomatoes, cucumbers, Onions, nuts, and grains, assorted healthy goodies • Garden Fresh Vegetables ( steamed, Stir fried or all natural) • Brown Rice and Rice Noodles • Entrée selections such as Italian ( wheat, gluten free pastas),Stir Fry, Low Mein noodle with meat and vegetables, Southwestern, Indian, Thai entrees all prepared with your choice of ingredients cooked your way. Cost of Meal Plan • Served Monday-Friday during your stay. Saturday and Sunday on your own • For 50 Days ( 2 meals/ Day includes tax and Gratuity) 9 Weeks = $1,350 • Weekly Rate ( 2 meals/ Day x 5 days)= $185 • For weekends ( Which can be served in Palmira Restaurant or through Room Service)15% off Food and Beverage Menus
