  3. Jesus came to a village, and a woman named Martha welcomed him into her house. Khi ấy, ĐứcGiêsu vào một làng kia.Cómột ngườiphụ nữ tên là Mác-ta đónNgười vào nhà.

  4. She had a sister called Mary, who sat down at the Lord’s feet and listened to him speaking. Côcó người em gái tên là Ma-ri-a.Cônàycứngồi bên chân Chúa mà nghe lời Ngườidạy.

  5. Now Martha who was distracted with all the serving said, ‘Lord, do you not care that my sister is leaving me to do the serving all by myself? CòncôMác-ta thìtấtbật lo việcphụcvụ. Côtiếnlạimànói: “Thưa Thầy, em con để mìnhcon phụcvụ,mà Thầy không để ý tớisao?”

  8. "Mác-ta ! Mác-ta ơi !Chị băn khoănlo lắng nhiều chuyệnqúa ! . Chỉ có một chuyện cầnthiếtmà thôi. Ma-ri-a đã chọn phần tốt nhất,và sẽ không bị lấy đi." ‘Martha, Martha,’ he said, ‘you worry and fret about so many things, and yet few are needed, indeed only one. It is Mary who has chosen the better part; it is not to be taken from her.’
