  3. JUSTIFICACION • La sociedad actual requiere ciudadanos con altas competencias digitales y es responsabilidad del sistema educativo y de los docentes propender por la formación de los mismos. El proyecto de integración curricular de las TIC en el ITI, apunta a lograr que los docentes, directivos y toda la comunidad se apropien de las herramientas que brindan las TIC con el objetivo de mejorar el ejercicio pedagógico en busca de lograr una educación de calidad.

  4. OBJETIVOS: • GENERAL. • Formar a los docentes y directivos en herramientas de las TIC mediante estrategias pedagógicas para integrarlas al currículo del ITI. • ESPECÍFICOS. • Generar conciencia de apropiación y aprovechamiento de las TIC en la población docente y directiva del ITI mediante la presentación de experiencias significativas. • Diagnosticar el nivel de conocimiento de las TIC a través de una encuesta. • Implementar procesos de capacitación de acuerdo al diagnóstico. • Crear espacios de participación para socializar experiencias de aprendizaje y enseñanza.
