Update Your Avon Website! • Update your photo…a current picture of YOU • Personalize your Avon website, using your own words • Avon maintains overall look and product launch information • Share Avon “widgets” on your Facebook page • Share Avon videos from the “Video Library” on your Facebook page
Using Avon’s Video Library and “Widgets” • Avon’s fantastic Video Library, share on your Facebook page…go to Campaign Tools, then choose Video Library…pick a Video and SHARE! • Go to your Web Office, select “Marketing,” choose a widget, and Share on SEVERAL social media sites, including Facebook!
Facebook • Create your own Facebook page • THEN, create your own “Group” within Facebook JUST for business… • Make sure YOUR face is the face your customers see… • Keep it positive, nothing kills a business as fast as negative comments or bad language.

Measuring your Success How do you know if you are actually reaching people? What kind of an information giver are you? Are you successfully engaging users?
Klout.com • Measures a user's influence across their social network. • Data collected from sites such as Twitter and Facebook and measures the size of a person's network, the content created, and how other people interact with that content • Recently added LinkedIn, Foursquare, and YouTube stats
Scored on a scale of 1 to 100 with higher scores representing a wider and stronger sphere of influence • The Klout score is highly correlated to clicks, comments and retweets. • The final Klout Score is a representation of how successful a person is at engaging their audience and how big of an impact their messages have on people.
Social Networking: A few last thoughts • Don’t spread negativity. Your thoughts are amplified exponentially. • Don’t spam. This is a relationship based interaction. • Be careful sharing personal information. • Return the favor – If you are followed, follow back. It’s good karma. • Don’t be afraid of social networking – There’s a video out there showing you how to do just about everything.
