What is the ultimate goal of the project (within the timeframe of this course)? Tell the class what you plan to accomplish by the submission due date? The ultimate goal for the project is to have a working model for Records Management Employees to have access, and complete the following trainings the Records of Inventory Worksheet, Records Retention schedule, Request for Authority to Dispose of State Records Form, and the Records Disposition Log. This will be test model that within time and modification it will be a standard training site for Records Management Employees, and University employees be able to log in at any time from any location and take the Records Management Training.
What does the learning object look like now? Is it taking shape? What does your end product look like at this point? The links for the Records Management Web Site are in place, the front page and other sub pages are being linked to other sub pages. The overview for each page has being completed, and other information is being added. The video for each lesson are still being developed, including the assessments that will be included. The color for each page has not being decided.
What lessons have you learned? • Gathering all the information needed for example overviews, video, and keeping a cheat for the links. Making sure to follow a storyboard, a sub storyboards because when putting things in a place I have learned that other pages had to be created just add other contents such as quizzes.
What is the chance of finishing the project by the deadline? • With the Front page, and other pages already in place the chances of completing are about 70 % out 100% if working on it every other day.
Is there any other concern or issue that may interest the class as a whole?
