Project Aims • Establish strong learning partnerships with key government and business organisations in our Shire • Educate local government staff in best practice sustainable business communication using new technology • Improving consultation, planning processes, and the effective delivery of Council services. • Improve in the ways council staff exchange information and ideas with each other and the public

Delivery • Group training sessions • Introduction to Web 2 tools • Interactive online communication • Video Essentials • Creating Vodcasts • Individual training sessions in the workplace • Using Blogs • Optimisation and image resizing • Recording and editing audio • Making a Podcast and uploading to Blog
