Impact on Student RetentionUTI Case Study • Increase in Student Retention ≈ 1% • Data collection, analysis and isolation of training program impact was conducted by the ROI Institute, an independent research organization recognized by ASTD. • ROI ≈ 500% • After isolating the effects of the training program, converting the measures to monetary value, and identifying the fully-loaded program costs (including employee time spent in training), the bottom line result was a positive ROI of 517%.
