What is MySales? • MySales is a website created by GSA that provides Federal agencies with the capability to check the status of their property reported to GSA to sell. Federal agencies with the proper permission can withdraw items in "available" status if a need arises for agency use or re-utilization. • MySales makes it easier for property managers and custodians to stay well informed at anytime. MySales provides Federal agencies the capability to access property reported via GSAXcess or property entered manually into SASy. • MySales offers an accurate up-to-date status of all items reported to GSA for sale, to include a listing of available sale items; the sale and lot numbers of items being offered for sale; the award amounts and dates when items are awarded; the payment dates when items are paid; the removal dates; and the withdrawn/returned property.
MySales Access • Users with a GSAXcess user ID will automatically obtain access to MySales. Upon initial login, use your GSAXcess user ID and the default password of 12345678. Users are given access to “Review Sales Items” and “Update Your User Information” roles. • If a user does not have an established GSAXCess user ID, they will need to fill out the MySales Access Request form located on the homepage. A signature from their Property Disposal Officer is required. • All users requesting rights to Withdraw Property must have a signature from their Property Disposal Officer. • Users will get locked out of MySales after three failed attempts. • Passwords do not expire.
